• 1kg. Blackcurrants
  • 1.2 kg. sugar

1. Clean blackcurrants. (I do not wash them, just clean with paper towels.)

2. Grind or blend on a blender.

3. Mix grind blackcurrant with sugar 1:1,2.

4. Mix well and heat with constant stirring, until almost hot state, but do not bring to a boil.

5. Transfer to hot sterile jars and seal.
