• 1/2 green cabbage head, shredded
  • 100 gram of bologna, julienned
  • 1 can of sweet pees
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper

Shred or finely chop the cabbage.

Julienne the bologna.

Chop the green onion and boiled eggs.

Mix all ingredients together. Dress with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper (amount depends on your preference). You can also garnish with minced fresh herbs, such as dill, green onions or parsley.
